Com (H) from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, and a LL.B from Jindal Global Law School, O. P. Jindal Global University, Nikhil’s passion for litigation and advocacy is evident in his approach to civil, corporate and commercial laws. He began his legal journey under the watchful eye of a retired Delhi High Court judge, gaining firsthand experience in arbitration. This experience ignited a passion for litigation, particularly for advocating for businesses facing a fight. Specializing in complex tax issues, contract disputes, civil litigation and insolvency matters, Nikhil is known for his tenacity in the courtroom and his commitment to delivering cost-effective solutions that align with his clients’ business objectives. Mayank Goyal brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to DNM Legal. His impressive academic background includes a B. Com (H) from Amity University, Noida, followed by LL.B from the prestigious O.P. Jindal Global University in Sonipat. And if that wasn’t enough, Mayank even spent a month immersed in legal scholarship at Harvard Law School, a testament to his dedication to continuous learning. His legal journey began at the District Courts in Sirsa, Haryana, where he honed his skills for two years. He then transitioned to the High Court of Punjab & Haryana in Chandigarh, further solidifying his expertise in the legal landscape of the region. But Mayank’s thirst for knowledge extends far beyond the courtroom. He has a keen understanding of various branches of law, including those related to drugs and narcotics, offenses against the human body, public and private law, white collar crimes.
